When we talk about tokenization, we refer to transforming physical assets into digital assets, which we call tokens, so that they can be easily traded.

The entire process brings several advantages both for the owner of the asset to be tokenized and for those who will invest in the tokens.

The process to tokenize happens in Five (05) stages:

In the first stage, the asset to be tokenized will be analyzed by BLOCKBR to ensure its veracity and compliance with the necessary requirements.

After the feasibility approval, we move on to the token structuring and characterization stage. In this process, legal and financial contracts are created that will establish all the rights to the token holders. In some token profiles, it is at this stage that an Escrow account of the operation is created. If necessary, it will be important for everyone to receive their shares in the investments.

The third stage of the tokenization process is when Smart Contracts are created. All of this occurs within a secure and encrypted network called Blockchain, so that the tokens can be distributed meeting the necessary requirements of the investors.

Blockchain is responsible for keeping the information inviolable and secure.

It is at this stage that investors interested in investing in tokenized assets (tokens) have access to the offer within the BLOCKBR platform, or also on partner platforms where these financial products (tokens) can be distributed.

The last stage of the asset tokenization process is Governance. As soon as investors deposit capital into their tokens, they must receive what is rightfully theirs; dividends, interest, and/or the predetermined profitability of the tokens.

For investors to have the necessary updates on the progress of the project in question from the token issuer, everything must be visible on the platform.

This entire process generates transparency, security, efficiency, agility, reduces intermediaries between the investor and the assets, and, finally, is highly scalable!
